Corks were pulled and glasses were raised as we celebrated an exceptional Cabernet Day this month.
Far Niente was aglow with candlelight as our Napa Valley wine club members wound through our caves, exploring our Far Niente Cabernet vintages past, present and future. Far Niente Chef Sarah Walz created an elegant selection of food pairings to accompany the newest vintage of Far Niente Cabernet Sauvignon, along with special Cave Collection bottles, our 2016 vintage, thieved from barrel and our luxurious late harvest Dolce.
Our annual Far Niente Cabernet Day offers our members the rare chance to see and experience the thread that runs through every vintage of our Cabernets, while better understanding how our wines evolve and gain complexity with age. It’s one of our most anticipated wine club events of the year and an epic celebration of exceptional Napa Valley Cabernet!
