When translated from an Italian phrase, ‘Far Niente’ romantically means ‘without a care’. We hope you recapture that essence as you take a behind-the-scenes peek at Far Niente and the fine Cabernet and Chardonnay we produce here in Oakville.

Warm-Weather Wine Do’s and Don’ts
by Far Niente | 2017 | 2:51 pm
With summer right around the corner, these quick and easy warm-weather wine tips will help keep your wines at just the right temp!
When it comes to Warm-Weather Wine Do’s and Don’ts, these two quick and easy tips always come to mind:
Don’t: serve your Chardonnay too cold, or you risk muting the wine’s aromas, complexity and nuance.
Do: feel free to put your Cabernet (or Pinot Noir!) bottle on ice for a few minutes. No one wants to drink an 80-degree red wine.
It’s that time of year when we’re enjoying the longer afternoons outside (and the still-cool evenings!) and pulling the corks on these beautifully drinking bottles.
And of course, Father’s Day is around the corner!
Did you know: Wine Club Members receive 20% savings on all orders of six bottles or more. Not a club member? You’ll still receive 10% savings on orders of six bottles or more.
