The Eola Springs Vineyard benefits from the cooling influences of the Pacific Coastal Region. This Chardonnay is lively and lithe with aromas of lemon curd, stone fruit blossoms and citrus zest. On the palate, there is firm acidity and has a solid mineral structure with refreshing flavors of honeysuckle and seashell brine. The long and bright finish is accented by elegant notes of apple pie spice.
