Far Niente Cabernet Day 2016

Wines were decanted. Glasses were raised. We loved celebrating our newly released 2013 Far Niente Estate Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon with our wine club members and guests. From Lamb Sliders and Soup Shooters (hello Cheddar Cauliflower!) to Mini-Kobe Beef Wellingtons (get the recipe here) Executive Chef Trevor Eliason turned out a generous selection of hors d'oeuvres, as guests wound their way through the tunnels of our Oakville wine caves. Thank you to everyone who joined us as we toasted Far Niente Cabernetvintages past, present and future. It was a flavor-packed day, and we captured some great moments on camera.
