Member benefits begin with the purchase of the current club shipment. Tenure benefits are awarded to members and increase the longer you remain a member.

About a week prior to billing, you will receive an email notification with your seasonal wine club selections. Included is a direct link to modify your shipment with a variety of wines. If you don't see a particular bottle that you were hoping to add, please contact the Wine Club team.

Absolutely! As a wine club member, you receive a special 20% savings on the wines in your shipment for 30 days after your wine club shipment arrives. For easy online ordering, you can find the promo code on your wine club insert.

We kindly ask that members be present to receive their complimentary tasting benefits when visiting any of our properties. However, members do receive a select number of referral tasting passes to gift to a friend of family member. Wine Club members receive $35 flat-rate ground shipping on club shipments, and $25 for CA ship-to addresses. Plus, $60 flat-rate shipping for 2-Day Air.

Three ways to enjoy complimentary ground shipping on wine club shipments:

1. Join the Cave Club, Cabernet Club, or Collectors Club for immediate shipping perks.
2. At two years of membership, you become a Preferred Member with complimentary ground shipping on wine club shipments.
3. Wine Club shipment orders of 12+ bottles receive complimentary ground shipping.

As a cherished member of our wine club, you can indulge in a selection of exquisite experiences! Heritage members can choose from the Tour & Tasting, Private Tasting, or the Member Lounge at both Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel. For our Bella Union members, the options include the Taste of Bella, Curated Selection or the Member Lounge at Bella Union Winery.

Additionally, Club Cabernet, Far Niente Cave Club, and Far Niente Collectors Club members have the pleasure of one complimentary elevated tasting per year for you and three guests at Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel. For these elevated tastings, enjoy the Library Tasting at Far Niente and the Terroir Tasting at Nickel & Nickel.

Yes! About a week before we charge your upcoming wine club shipment, you'll receive an email notification with important dates and upcoming wine selections. Should you need to update your account information or delay a shipment, please contact the Wine Club team by the deadline provided in your notifications.

Upon joining the club, you will automatically receive the most current shipment, according to the club shipment calendar.

We take great pride in ensuring our wines are delivered safely and quickly to our customers. We have two shipping locations which means members in most cities receive their wines in 2-3 days via ground shipping. In states and seasons that are too hot to ship ground, we offer expedited shipping and ice packs.

Our primary carrier is UPS, however if you'd like to request FedEx, please contact the Wine Club team.

Yes, someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the shipments. Shipping to a business address is encouraged, though not required. You may also provide a local UPS store or FedEx Hold at Location address to use and make arrangements for shipments to be received there on your behalf. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

The carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning your package. If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. A $25 return fee, plus the new shipping charges will be applied.

We can ship to most states, however there are some we are unable to ship to. You can find the most up-to-date list here.

If you want to add an additional club to your existing membership, or you simply decide that one of our other wine clubs is a better fit for your palate, please contact the Wine Club team.
