Shipping Rules
Current regulations prevent us from shipping to addresses in the following states: AR, DE, IN, LA, MS, NJ, RI, UT, WV, and WY. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to the destination you have selected.
You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order with this winery you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to present identification proving they are at least 21 years old.
Shipping Timelines
Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. We prefer to ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This helps our wine avoid weekends in locations without temperature control. Orders received Thursday through Sunday may be shipped the following week. We will not ship product via ground in cases of extreme weather.
Please Note:
- All prices are listed in US dollars. All orders will include delivery charges, and applicable sales tax.
- You will receive an email confirming that your order was submitted. If the items are all in stock, this will be your only confirmation.
- You should receive your in-stock items within 3 to 6 business days. If your order is urgent, please call the winery directly to assure proper and timely handling.
Please note that orders received after 10:00 a.m. PST will ship on the next business day. During the summer months, we may hold your shipment until the weather permits shipping.

When your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package, two subsequent delivery attempts will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature. Whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to ensure the fastest delivery time.
