Thank you to all of our friends for the well wishes and calls of concern we have received this week amidst the Napa and Sonoma wildfires ravaging our area. Our wineries and staff are safe, and we are grateful to the countless emergency responders who are here and for their tireless efforts to protect our community.
We are continuing to make wine at all of our properties, but we have suspended tastings at Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel. We will let you know as soon as we reopen. In the meantime, we are continually checking email and voicemail. Your calls are an encouragement, so please keep in touch.
Several of you have asked us what you can do to help. Please consider supporting the Napa Valley Community Foundation Disaster Relief Fund. The fund was established in response to the 2014 Napa earthquake, and will go a long way toward helping the thousands affected by the fires. In the Russian River Valley, which is home to our EnRoute winery, the North Bay Fire Relief Fund is donating 100% of their proceeds to the immediate crisis at hand. We live in a remarkable community. We know so many of you love this valley as much as we do, and we look forward to opening our doors and welcoming many of you out here again soon. Until then, please continue to keep everyone affected by these devastating Napa wildfires in your thoughts and prayers.
With gratitude,
