As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re expanding our team with a Private Client Sales Representative—a high-impact role for a driven, relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in a performance environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. What You’ll Do
You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to conversion—while delivering a seamless, elevated experience across every touchpoint.
You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Through Proactive Outreach
Execute consistent outbound engagement across phone, email, and text, with a strong emphasis on phone-based selling. - Own the Sales Cycle
Generate, qualify, and convert leads while managing a robust pipeline and consistently achieving monthly sales goals. - Build Meaningful Client Relationships
Develop long-term relationships with Private Clients through personalized communication and thoughtful follow-up. - Deliver Elevated Experiences
Support and participate in tastings, tours, virtual experiences, and estate events to deepen client engagement and drive sales. - Operate with Discipline & Precision
Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance to ensure visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will be qualified for this role if you meet these requirements:
- A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven sales environment
- Highly disciplined and organized, with strong follow-through
- A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills
- Comfortable with phone-based selling and multi-channel outreach
- Energized by both independent work and team collaboration
- 2+ years of experience in sales or outbound client development
- Proven success with outbound phone and multi-channel communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be 21+ years of age
This is a hybrid office position, but there are some physical requirements that our large estate requires:
Ability to lift to30lbs.
Ability to stand and ascend and descend stairs.
