Private Client Sales Representative, Far Niente Wine Estates

Our team is expanding to support our growing portfolio. The Private Client Sales Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service while driving revenue through consistent outbound outreach. This role requires disciplined daily activity across phone, email, and text communication channel, with a strong emphasis on phone-based communication engagement.
You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:
The position owns the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, relationship management, and conversion. As needed, the role also supports hospitality experiences such as tours, tastings, virtual tastings, onsite events, and barrel tastings for Private Client Sales (PCS) clients.
Success in this role is measured by the ability to meet or exceed established outreach activity standards, generate qualified leads, and achieve monthly sales goals.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach and client interactions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
Demonstrate consistent pipeline generation, lead qualification, and conversion through outbound efforts.
• Initiates and manages customers and leads through proactive outreach, timely follow-up, and ongoing relationship development.
• Executes consistent outbound outreach across phone, email, and text channels in alignment with established productivity standards (see addendum), with a strong emphasis on phone-bases engagement.
• Generates, qualifies, and manages leads through proactive prospecting, owning the full sales cycle from initial contact through conversion, including conducting sales presentations across phone, email, text, virtual platforms and in person.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity, client interactions, and sales progress within CRM systems to ensure visibility, performance tracking, and accurate reporting.
• Builds relationships with Private Client guests and collaborates with internal teams, including hospitality, to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience that supports sales initiatives and represents Far Niente Wine Estates at the highest level.
• Available to conduct tours, virtual experiences, and other estate events, which may require evenings and/or weekends, to enhance client engagement and drive sales opportunities.

You will be qualified for this role if you meet these requirements:
• Previous experience of 2 years in a similar sales or outbound role.
• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly functioning team.
• Experience with outbound phone sales and multi-channel communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively across multiply channels and client types.
This is a hybrid office position, but there are some physical requirements that our large estate requires:
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand, ascend and descend stairs.
• Must be 21 years of age.
