The 2022 Far Niente Chardonnay from Coombsville boasts floral notes of honeysuckle and gardenia intertwined with tropical hints and a subtle vanilla perfume. On the palate, it dazzles with bright acidity and a structured minerality, reminiscent of wet stone, while juicy Asian pear and white flower flavors add depth and complexity. This Chardonnay is a blend of superlative vineyards located in Coombsville, a cool growing region nestled in the rolling countryside and protected by the hills east of the city of Napa. This wine is a blend of selected barrels of Chardonnay from several of our favorite vineyards in the region and showcases the delicate and layered aromas typical of this appellation, as well as the engaging texture achieved from our estate fruit.
