Far Niente Unveils a Reinvention of its Great Hall in Its Historic 1885 Napa Valley Winery
Napa Valley, CA – For more than a century, the stone-walled Far Niente Winery has stood as one of Oakville’s most historic and unique properties. Now it’s 19th century Great Hall, which has welcomed guests for more than 20 years, has had its interior spaces reimagined to elevate the wine tasting experience.
The interior designer Benjamin Deaton - who comes to wine country from horse country in Kentucky - led the renovation of the Great Hall, and led a media tour of its spaces in late April. Deaton’s previous restoration work in the Bluegrass State and on the East Coast appealed for Far Niente’s vision and the unique character of its historic building.
