On Wednesday, the Napa County Planning Commission approved an application to boost production and visitation at the former Provenance winery in Rutherford near St. Helena, all in an effort to create a home for Bella Union, a brand partners of Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel created in 2012. The future Bella Union winery, located on about 60 acres off of Highway 29, include a 34-acre vineyard and a residence.
